Ran design stretches with the Adobe Illustrator and Adobe XD teams, each focused on future typographic features.

Ran a design stretch focused on Korean typography.

Developed new, cross-team processes for managing roles & responsibilities, reviewing design work, and reporting on project status.

Met more than 100 new people at Adobe via 1:1 calls since my book was published. Learned about their work, introduced them to each other, encouraged collaboration.

Adobe Type reorganized. I became responsible for the coherence, improvement, and innovation of text tools in Creative Cloud software.

Read Shape Up, shaped and pitched a project. Started using Notion a lot more to keep myself organized, and Airtable to help with team planning.

Took an excellent sabbatical.
